This renovation focused on key areas of the home to better support a growing family. Downstairs, the existing primary suite was reconfigured by borrowing space from a neighboring bedroom to create a more efficient layout with a walk-in closet and an updated bathroom designed to feel bright and elevated. Subtle gold accents and an expansive marble backsplash add a refined, modern touch. Formation Studio provided interior selections and sourcing to bring cohesion and warmth to the new suite.

Upstairs, a previously unfinished attic was converted into a flexible extension of the home. The newly accessible lofted space now includes a guest room and office, along with a dedicated playroom and built-in reading nooks for the kids. The result is a thoughtful, family-focused renovation that balances function, comfort, and adaptability.
